OUR ROOF CLEANING PROCESS INCORPORATES THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

STEP 1: Roof Cleaning

We use high pressure washing to remove moss, algae, lichen, dirt and pollutants. We will always ensure that the cleaning is carried out in such a way that no damage to the roof occurs. We also make sure not to block existing gutters, downpipes and drains during the process.

STEP 2: Moss Clear biocide treatment

After cleaning we will apply a treatment of Smartseal Moss Clear is to help remove the existing moss, algae & lichen spores. This wil also help to prevent re-growth and minimise further maintenance.

STEP 3: Site Clean

After the roof cleaning is completed, we will clean the property to ensure it is left in the same condition as we found it with all debris removed from site.
